These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Too Tired to Type ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
The App provides AI-generated content including trivia, facts, and stories for browsing.
With user permission, the App also delivers push notifications to inform users of new content.
3. Push Notifications
The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications.
Receiving notifications requires user permission. Notifications can be turned off at any time through the app settings or device settings.
To deliver notifications, topic subscription information (identifiers based on delivery region and time) is sent to Google's servers. No personally identifiable information is included.
4. Usage Requirements
The App is intended for personal use.
No user registration or login is required to use the App.
5. License Grant
The operator grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
This license may be revoked at any time at the operator's discretion. Upon revocation, you must immediately cease using the App and delete it from your device.
6. AI-Generated Content
All content in the App is generated by AI.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content.
Content is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. Do not rely on it as professional advice.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Interfere with the operation of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use App content for commercial purposes without permission
- Attempt unauthorized access or place excessive load on servers
- Violate any laws or public morals
- Engage in any other activities deemed inappropriate by the operator
8. Disclaimer
The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to network or server conditions.
9. Service Changes and Termination
The operator may change or terminate the App without prior notice to users.
The operator is not liable for any damages resulting from service termination.
10. Changes to Terms
The operator may modify these Terms as needed.
Modified Terms take effect upon posting to this page.
